Authentic hotel in a very nice area near to bologna -- where to visit and the bus station in Piazza Malpighi offering direct connection to the railway station Stazione Centrale. What an amicable and welcoming staff. Central location, relatively near Portico del Pavaglione. Really nice stay, as always.

Mariella, the hostess, was delightful and very helpful. the elevator to the second floor was a real boon and worked perfectly. the bed was very comfortable and the bathing facilities were clean. the shower had plenty of hot water at all times. Casa della Zia is only a short walk to the interesting center of Bologna. the flat is centrally located. Breakfast is excellent, and the hosts and the location are really nice. the house and the apartment have a charming and eclectic feel, with excellent original art and a mix of old and new furniture.

Casa Della Zia in Bologna was a fantastic find! The location was incredibly convenient, close to public transportation and within walking distance to all major amenities. The room and the entire house were clean, comfortable, and well-equipped with everything we needed, including a kitchen and washing machine. Marinella, the house manager, was super friendly and helpful, providing us with great advice and information to make the most of our visit. The breakfast provided was delicious, with plenty of Italian goodness. a highly recommended choice!

I absolutely loved my stay at this hotel! the location is unbeatable. It's so close to the bus station in Piazza Malpighi, which means I had no trouble getting around the city. Plus, it's just a short walk to the city centre and the central station. Secondly, the staff was incredibly helpful and friendly. They went out of their way to make sure I had everything I needed and even gave me tips on the best places to visit in Bologna. And finally, the room itself was perfect. It had all the basic amenities I needed, including a private bathroom and a balcony. Plus, there was even a washing machine available for use, which was so convenient. I also want to mention the delicious breakfast they served with freshly brewed coffee. this hotel exceeded all my expectations and I would highly recommend it!
